Welcome to the smart gateway of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. With the smart application for key services offered by the department to its valued customers, the department has prioritized delivering a comprehensive experience to users through a new design for the services provided, enhancing the customer experience according to customer journey and global standards.
 
The new version 7.0 includes numerous innovative smart services and new interactive features for various customer segments, such as:

<li>Merging all parking reservation services into the main department application.</li>
<li>Renewal of residential contracts using digital signatures and e-seals by linking with digital identities.</li>
<li>Renewal service for building permits.</li>
<li>"To Whom It May Concern" certification service (for buildings).</li>
<li>RASSED service for suggestions and complaints.</li>
<li>Fee payment service.</li>
<li>Fines payment service.</li>
<li>Application status inquiry.</li>
</ul>
 
New features include:

<li>A modern design following the best standards.</li>
<li>Access to the application through fingerprint/face recognition.</li>
<li>Registration through digital identities (UAE Pass).</li>
<li>Service rating functionality.</li>
<li>Happiness indicator.</li>
<li>Profile management.</li>
<li>Settings management.</li>
<li>Smart notifications.</li>
<li>User Smart Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li>
<li>Smart search capability.</li>
<li>Payment using Apple Pay, a secure payment method that is compatible with Apple devices for contactless payments.</li>
<li>Parking payments functionality via Apple Pay.</li>
</ul>
