Welcome to the smart gateway of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. With the smart application for key services offered by the department to its valued customers, the department has prioritized delivering a comprehensive experience to users through a new design for the services provided, enhancing the customer experience according to customer journey and global standards.

<li>Fines payment service.</li>
<li>Application status inquiry.</li>
</ul>

<li>User Smart Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li>
<li>Smart search capability.</li>
<li>Payment using Apple Pay, a secure payment method that is compatible with Apple devices for contactless payments.</li>
